Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspenne pasta,
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1small red onion, chopped
  4. 3/4 cupbroccoli florets
  5. 1gajar chopped
  6. 4-5mushrooms chopped
  7. 1/4 cupcapsicum chopped
  8. 4-5large garlic, finely chopped
  9. 5-6 tbsppasta sauce
  10. As per taste salt
  11. As per Tasteblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta according to the directions given on the packet.

    In a pan on medium heat, cook all the vegetables in a spoonful of butter.

    Vegetables should not be allowed to overcook, they should not lose their crunch.

    Now add olive oil
    Now add olive oil and chopped garlic to the pan and cook.

    When garlic is cooked, add chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes till fragrant.

    Add all the vegetables and stir with a big spoon

    Also add sauce, salt, and pepper.

    Add a little dry oregano and mix.

    Add Parmesan cheese, if desired, and take the pasta out of the pan.
    Enjoy Hot Pasta!
