Deviled eggs 🥚

Since the 2nd of November is Deviled eggs day & I love me some eggs, I decided to try something new. Absolutely delicious 😋, you can play with this recipe, fillings, presentation but I realized mustard is a must 😅. I must be completely honest, it was the first time buying mustard in my home. 😍 Great treat for the kids (without chilli flakes but paprika) also & for holidays, specifically Christmas or parties as a starter
Deviled eggs 🥚

Cooking Instructions

Boil eggs for 12 mins
- 2
Set timer for 12 mins
- 3
Remove from pot & transfer to ice cold water to stop them from cooking & forming that green colour in the yolk

Peel & cut into halves
- 5
Remove yolk from egg & transfer to a separate bowl.

Mash the yolk & add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tspn of mustard

Add salt & pepper. Mix well

Fill in the egg
- 9
Add cucumber slices & sprinkle chilli flakes.

Have you went to make deviled eggs and part of the hard boiled egg is torn by peeling the shells off? If so here is a good way of dealing with it. Slice the messed up part off and put that messed up part in to the salad part. I would have had 12 deviled Eggs in the salad but only 7 of them were not messed up so the other 5 egg halves went into the salad mix. skunkmonkey101 -
