Buffalo Wings

I made this recipe with Frank’s RedHot sauce, which is ready to use. I only used one cup, but it depends on how saucy or spicy you like your wings.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat plenty of oil over medium-high heat, add the wings, and fry them until golden on both sides. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- 2
Once golden, remove them and let them rest on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- 3
In a bowl, combine the sauce and butter and microwave for 40 seconds or until the butter is melted. I used about one cup of sauce, but it depends on your preference.
- 4
Place the wings in a bowl and coat them in the sauce until fully covered. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, turning them at least once, and leave for an additional 5 minutes.
- 5
Enjoy! I served them with asparagus, but they also go well with baked potatoes, vegetables, or whatever you like best!

Buffalo Wings Buffalo Wings
Originating from Buffalo, New York, 'Buffalo wings' are known for their spicy, tangy, and flavorful taste. Traditionally, the wings are fried and then coated in hot sauce. Here, we use an oven-baked method instead of frying, making them lighter and lower in calories!【Tips】1. If you want to reduce the oil, you can omit the butter in the hot sauce or replace it with olive oil.2. These wings have a satisfying tangy and spicy flavor. Since kids will be eating them, honey is added to balance the tanginess, but traditional recipes do not include honey. 胖仙女Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -

I used to order this while watching games in the US. Making it myself is a bit different; it's not as sour and spicy. Maybe the sauce I bought in Taiwan is different. I'll try again next time... 人如其食Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -
