Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 bagtricolor coleslaw
  2. 1 lbdiced chicken
  3. 1onion thinly sliced
  4. stripsTortilla
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. 3 tbsSoy sauce
  7. Anaheim pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First dice up your pepper
    Thinly slice onion

  2. 2

    Cook your chicken, onion and pepper, soy sauce and salt and pepper together till chicken is done

  3. 3

    When chicken is done strain and set aside.

    In same skillet wilt your coleslaw till tender

  5. 5

    Once wilted place in bowls, top with chicken mixture, top that with tortilla strips.

    You can add your favorite sauce you like to dip egg rolls in we used yum yum sauce...enjoy!!
