Cooking Instructions

Cut the sjalots in to small pieces

Peel the garlic and cut it very fine you can also Use a garlic press

Cut the mushrooms

Put oil in large fryingpan. Put in sjalots, garlic,bacon,paprika,cayennepeper,thym.,

Cook 5 min

Add mushrooms bake until goldenbrown

Add wine. Cook until alcohol as evaporated

Add water and stockcube

Cook pasta

Let mushroom stew cook until you have a sauce

If sauce not thick enough add some corn starch

Add the cream. Cook for 1min

Taste and add salt and pepper if needed

Put a tb of lemon in the sauce

Add the parsley

Serve the pasta with te stew.

You can add parmezan but I like it plain. Serve with a simple salad.

I've been making homemade pasta for about 15 years. Since I've made it so many times, I've learned to judge the amount of the flour and water to use in the different climate and the required kneading time or resting time. It's a lot of work, but is quite delicious and I came up with a sauce that goes well with this homemade pasta too. The pasta makes for a great gift as well!It's really good if you can combine 3 or more different kinds of mushrooms. Homemade pasta takes a lot of effort to make, but once you get used to it after making many times, you will be surprised how delicious it is!The cooking liquid is a part of the seasoning so avoid draining too much of it.
