Mushroomstew with pasta

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbcoconut or olive oil
  2. 2sjalots or onion
  3. 100 grturkey bacon strips. If you dont eat Meat Just skip them
  4. 500 grmushrooms (I used chestnut and oyster)
  5. 150 mlwhite wine
  6. Veg, chicken, or mushroom stockcube
  7. 1little cooking creme (50 ml)
  8. Mild paprika powder
  9. 1/2 tbcayennepepper
  10. 100 mlwater
  11. 1-2garlic piece
  12. 1/2 tbCornstarch diluted in some water
  13. Tym,pepper,salt
  14. 1good handfull of chopped parsley fresh or frozen
  15. 200 gremmer pasta. But any pasta will do
  16. 1 tblemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the sjalots in to small pieces

    Peel the garlic and cut it very fine you can also Use a garlic press

    Cut the mushrooms

    Put oil in large fryingpan. Put in sjalots, garlic,bacon,paprika,cayennepeper,thym.,

    Cook 5 min

    Add mushrooms bake until goldenbrown

  7. 7

    Add wine. Cook until alcohol as evaporated

  8. 8

    Add water and stockcube

  9. 9

    Cook pasta

  10. 10

    Let mushroom stew cook until you have a sauce

    If sauce not thick enough add some corn starch

    Add the cream. Cook for 1min

  13. 13

    Taste and add salt and pepper if needed

    Put a tb of lemon in the sauce

  15. 15

    Add the parsley

  16. 16

    Serve the pasta with te stew.

    You can add parmezan but I like it plain. Serve with a simple salad.
