Ingredients

  1. 0.5 csteel cut oats
  2. 1.5 cwater, milk of choice, or some combination
  3. 1 tflax seeds
  4. 1 tchia seeds
  5. 1 pinchsalt, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    The night before, put all the ingredients in the rice cooker.

    Use the porridge setting, set the timer for the next morning, and turn it on.

  3. 3

    Wake up to perfectly cooked oats! Serve with crushed walnuts, blueberries, banana slices, sunflower seeds, almond butter, or anything else your heart desires.
