Easy Cheesy Spinach Sauté - Good for Bento

This was my daughter's favorite dish in kindergarten.
In the first step, you can steam by microwave.
Also, when I don't have time, I eliminate the steam frying.
However, if you don't like the bitterness of spinach, it's better to cook it. Recipe by Ha-tannookkasan

A Standard Bento Item - Parboiled Spinach with Sesame Seeds A Standard Bento Item - Parboiled Spinach with Sesame Seeds
If you don't measure the sesame properly, the taste ends up being too strong. (Maybe this is just me.) You can get the standard taste with just one teaspoon.I recommend using coarsely ground sesame seeds, not finely ground. That produces the right degree of absorption of soy sauce and texture. An easy-to-remember proportion of ingredients: 2 tbs, 2 tsp., 2 tsp. (or 6 tsp, 2 tsp, 2 tsp.)!In other words, with any spoon size, you can use a ratio of 3:1:1. Recipe by Maruchiwawa cookpad.japan -

For those people who want egg in their lunch box but don't have time. The egg comes off the plate really easily when folding it, meaning you don't need oil (which means it's healthy!). If it's undercooked when you fold it, reheat it for another 10 seconds in the microwave. If you use a round plate, your cooked egg will naturally become omelette-shaped.
