  5. 2 tspSalt
  6. 2 tbspKetchup
  7. 1/2 tsp5 spice powder (optional)
  8. Others
  9. Ribs (I used Short ribs)
  10. 2 tbspSugar
  11. 2 tbspWater

Cooking Instructions

45 - 60 mins
  1. 1

Prepare the sauce and marinate the meat with the sauce

  2. 2

Marinate the ameat (ideally 4 hours in advanced)
    * I did not prepare in time so I marinated for 15 - 20 mins

  3. 3

    Heat up the oven/airfry to 400 degrees F (~ 200 C)

  4. 4

Cooking time varies depending on the type of meat.
    * I used an Airfry heat up to 400 F (~ 200 C) and it took 15 - 20 mins to cook the short ribs
=> So remember to check on your ribs often

  5. 5

While waiting for the ribs to cook, mix 2 tbsp of sugar with 2 tbsp of water

  6. 6

Put it in the microwave for 1 mins. Then take out to mix again. Then put the mixture into the microwave again for 1 min

  7. 7

When the meat is almost cooked, take it out, and put the mixture made above into the meat

  8. 8

Put the meat back in for a few mins (I put it back in for around 1 - 2 mins)

  9. 9

The yellow stuff in the picture is some Bell Pepper that I used for vegetables :D

I really enjoy making food. I put these recipes here so that both cooking and grocery shopping are easier for me.Hopefully I can inspire you to cook as well :D It's hard trying to find time to cook when you're busy with school/work and it can be tiring too. So I like to spend a few hours each day making the food I enjoy, explore and relax :)I'll do my best to post as often as I can. These recipes are not mine. The source is mentioned in each recipe.
