You can use leftover seasoned spinach. Instead of hon dashi broth, substitute consommé, or Chinese soup base. Cabbage, Napa cabbage, crab sticks, kamaboko (fish paste cake), and various mushrooms are great to add, but please consider the carb content when doing so.   2. 1/2 bunchSpinach
  3. 1 canCanned Crab Meat
  4. 1packet Shirataki
  5. 1 blockTofu
  6. 100 gramsEnoki mushrooms
  7. 1Chopped scallion
  8. Soup base
  9. 1/2 tspSoy sauce
  10. 2 gramsDashi stock granules
  11. 1Salt
  12. 800 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the tofu and enoki mushrooms to a pot and boil. Then add the soup base and remaining ingredients. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
