Mix the 3/4 cup of milk with the two packets of set custard mix and let it sit.

For the crust, blend the Maria cookies with the butter at room temperature or melted. Once well mixed, press it evenly into the base of your mold.

In a small pot over low heat, combine the heavy cream and Philadelphia cream cheese. Once smooth, add the milk with the custard mix and the sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour it into the mold over the cookie crust.

Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for an hour until set. Decorate with your favorite jam and return to the refrigerator. The longer it chills, the better it sets. Minimum 3 hours.

The batter may be a bit stiff and hard to smooth out.When adding the chocolate to the cream cheese batter, just mix it lightly to make a marble pattern.
