Cooking Instructions

Put some sunflower oil in a pan.make it hot and add cumin seeds,garlic,ginger and green chilli

Saute to make golden everything.now add all the spices with onion.saute for 2 minutes and add only carrots.cover at medium flame for 5 minutes.

Now add potatoes and peas again cover for 3 minutes and let it steamed.repeat covering and mixing until carrots softened.it will take hardly 15 minutes

Garnish with coriander leaves optional.
