Take a bowl add grated bottle gard

Ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander and red Chilli powder salt and garam masala and soda 1 pinch

Add coriander leaves Besan and chawal ka atta mix it well

Now take a kadai add oil for frying

Now make small pakodas fry till golden colour

In same kadai Now add onion ginger garlic paste

Saute till golden brown now add turmeric,coriander and Chilli powder

Add 1 cup of water if you like add more water as you like cook till oil separate

Now add fried pakodas and cook for five and at the end add cream and coriander leaves

Enjoy with Naan or steamed rice
