  1. 1small bowl ragi/nachni
  2. 1small bowl roasted makhana
  3. as requiredMix nuts(almond, cashew,pista,elaichi,akhrot)
  4. 1small bowl sugar/khadisakhar/misri

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add 1 cup ragi/nachni,and roast ragi on medium low flame for 3/4 min.

  2. 2

    Trasfer roasted ragi on plate,let it cool.

  3. 3

    In same pan add mix nuts,and roast in medium low flame for Same 3/4 min.

  4. 4

    After That transfer mix roasted nuts in mixture jar,let it cool in room temperature.

  5. 5

    Then add 1 cup roasted makhana and 1 cup sugar/khadi shakkar/misri in same mixture jar and make fine powder.

  6. 6

    Trasfer roasted ragi and mix gried powder in bowl and mix it well.and it's ready

  7. 7

    Preserve this energy powder in airtight container.
    preservation time-1 week(better make fresh after once you need).

    Use-add 1/2 scoop in boiling milk and let milk need to boil.and ready to serve.enjoy hot healthy drink.try it.
