It's my own recepi.tried for the first time,with this measurements of ingredients powder made approx 100/150 gram.
Steps

In pan add 1 cup ragi/nachni,and roast ragi on medium low flame for 3/4 min.

Trasfer roasted ragi on plate,let it cool.

In same pan add mix nuts,and roast in medium low flame for Same 3/4 min.

After That transfer mix roasted nuts in mixture jar,let it cool in room temperature.

Then add 1 cup roasted makhana and 1 cup sugar/khadi shakkar/misri in same mixture jar and make fine powder.

Trasfer roasted ragi and mix gried powder in bowl and mix it well.and it's ready

Preserve this energy powder in airtight container.
preservation time-1 week(better make fresh after once you need). - 8
Use-add 1/2 scoop in boiling milk and let milk need to boil.and ready to serve.enjoy hot healthy drink.try it.
