Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Blot the fish dry with a paper towel. Mince the onion and garlic. Chop the tomato and set aside.
- 3
Season the fish with salt and pepper, then dust with flour. Shake off any excess flour.
- 4
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the fish skin-side down.
- 5
Once golden brown, flip, cover, and continue frying. The fish breaks easily, so be careful when you flip it. Fry over medium heat.
- 6
Check for doneness after about 5 minutes. Then remove and arrange on a plate.
- 7
Add the olive oil and garlic to the same frying pan. Heat until you hear sizzling, then add the onions.
- 8
After the onions are golden, add the tomato and give it a quick stir before adding the lemon juice, salt, and soy sauce. Continue cooking.
- 9
On a microwave-safe plate, arrange the green beans, corn, and butter, then season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic film and microwave for one minute.
- 10
Plate the fish, and cover with a lot of sauce. Garnish with basil (optional). It's done.

Cod with Mushroom Cream Sauce Cod with Mushroom Cream Sauce
I bought some good looking cod...but I don't have a big fish recipe repertoire. So I just tried making something that I thought would be delicious. I rarely go to a fancy restaurant since I have to take care of my children...so I just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere at least at home. This is so easy! Please use white wine rather than sake if possible. Cooked cod falls apart easily, so brush some oil on your fish grill beforehand to prevent the cod from sticking to it, and it will be easier to remove intact. I do this very carefully with a spatula. For 4 fillets of cod. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

Sole Meunière - Mushroom Soy Cream Sauce Sole Meunière - Mushroom Soy Cream Sauce
I had sole meuniere in Belgium, and I was blown away by the dish (I'd never had it before).I happened to find some sole at the supermarket near to our house, so I cooked it with mushroom cream sauce.Do not bring the sauce to a boil once you add the soy milk. If you bring it to a boil, it will separate, and it won't look or taste nice. It's rather difficult to fillet the sole, so ask the fishmonger to do it for you.
