Ingredients

1 cupchopped fresh tomatoes
1medium sized onion chopped
3 clovesgarlic chopped
Spices and Seasoningto taste
3medium size
Habanero pepper
Vegetable oil

Steps

Put pan on heat add vegetable oil and sauté onions and garlic till caramelised.

Add in tomatoes and stir continuously for about 2 minutes

Add spices and seasoning throw in habenero peppers whole stir and allow to simmer for few minutes then add fried/ grill beef

Stir and cover to simmer on medium heat for about a minute turn off heat and enjoy 😉
