Just as the name suggests, these Parathas are finger licking and too delicious. Green Peas add to it a different level of freshness and flavour. At the same time they are quite healthy too. Enjoy them with Curds or Raita and White Butter for that melt in mouth, super soft and extra fluffy Paratha eating experience. Homemade yet having an authentic touch of any Punjabi Dhaba to it. Try them to treat your tastebuds to these rich and healthy Indian bread which is an all time favourite of many of us Indians.
The combination is just awesome. These are perfect on any day for the mealtimes. Aloo Parathas are absolute favourite of many as we all know, this combination with Green Peas will be therefore absolutely perfect. It's a yummy combo for sure.
It can be relished on it's own too. That's the beauty of it. All in all, a healthy Breakfast option in Winters. Happy Mealtimes!

Steps
- 1
Knead a smooth dough with the ingredients listed. Keep it aside for 20 minutes or so. It's important.
- 2
Add the mashed and boiled Potatoes to a dish. Also add boiled Green Peas to it. Mash them coarsely too before adding to the bowl.
- 3
Add the rest of the ingredients listed for the stuffing along with the chopped Coriander Leaves as well. Mix well and the filling is all ready. After 15 minutes, divide the dough into medium sized balls. Roll each into a medium sized disc or roundel. Place about 2 tablespoon of the filling onto it.
- 4
Bring the edges to the centre by pinching the sides and press well to cover it up properly. Now roll gently to a larger sized disc or just pat with your hands as you rotate it.
- 5
Heat a tawa or a griddle on medium flame. Place this Aloo Matar Paratha on it. Smear some Ghee or Butter on top and drizzle some on the sides too. Keep the flame on low to medium.
- 6
After 2 minutes flip it over and cook for 2 more minutes. In this way make all the Parathas. It requires a bit of patience. Do not hurry. Otherwise they might not cook well or get burnt too.
- 7
Serve hot with loads of Butter on top alongside Raita and Pickle. Enjoy! Or with Green Chutney as I served my family. Yum!
