Ingredients

  1. 2Eggs
  2. 3 1/2 CupsFlour
  3. 6tspn Baking Powder
  4. 2tspn Salt
  5. 2 1/2 CupsMilk
  6. 5 TbspSugar
  7. 3tspn Vanilla Extract
  8. 4 TbspMelted Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cast iron waffle iron over medium-high heat. Grease liberally!

    Separate eggs, beat whites to stiff peaks

  3. 3

    Combine egg yolks, sugar, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.

  4. 4

    Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt in separate bowl.

  5. 5

    Slowly fold wet and dry ingredients until just combined.

  6. 6

    Fold in egg whites.

  7. 7

    Load waffell iron until 3/4 full, close and flip. Turn after 3-5 mins. Grease between each waffle.
