A healthy way to cook chicken. I often prepare this for my family. Can be served with roti or rice.
Steps

Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, pepper powder, onion paste,ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric,red chilli powder & lemon juice. Keep it covered for 30mins.

Heat oil. Saute onion & capsicum. Keep aside. In the same oil add the marinated chicken. Cook till the raw smell goes off. Add little warm water & cook on low heat.

Add salt & warm water as required for gravy. Cook for 15mins.

Add the sauted onion and capsicum. Mix well & cook for another 2mins. Lastly add garam masala powder. Serve with roti or rice.
