Savory Vermicelli (Namkeen Jave)

First, heat water in a pot. Add salt and 1 tablespoon oil. When the water comes to a boil, add the vermicelli noodles. Check the noodles, and once cooked, drain them in a colander.

Chop all the vegetables and boiled potatoes into small pieces. Dry roast the peanuts.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add green chilies and fry them, then add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

When the onions are slightly golden, add the potatoes and green peas. Cook them together.

After 5 minutes, add all the ground spices and salt. Mix everything well.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the vermicelli noodles and sauté for 2 minutes.

Mix in cilantro, roasted peanuts, and pomegranate seeds. Serve hot.
