Fry the luncheon meat and cut into strips

Fry eggs then cut into long strips

Blanch carrot and cut into long strips. Slice cucumber into long strips.

Cook rice in normal way. When rice is cooked, add sugar and vinegar mix it well. Then cool it down.

Place seaweed in sushi wrap. And put rice evenly and place the ings in the middle and start to roll.

Gently slice it.

I've written this home-made sushi rice recipe down for my daughter.The trick is to cook the rice using less water than usual! When you add vinegar to the freshly cooked rice, it absorbs the vinegar and becomes soft.I use less water than the measurement marked on the rice cooker for making "hard rice".
