Ingredients

  1. 2 lbeye of round
  2. Marinade
  3. 1/2 cupsoya sauce
  4. 1/2 cupcold water
  5. 2table spoons brown sugar
  6. 2 teaspoonsblack pepper
  7. 1 teaspoonsea salt
  8. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoononion powder
  10. 1 cupmaple syrup

Cooking Instructions

3.5 hrs @ 180-200 deg F

    Cut beef into pieces roughly 1/4” thick
    Let slices sit in marinade for 8-24hrs

    Take out of marinade pat dry with paper towel. Put tooth picks through each piece of jerky and hang through racks in smoker
