  1. 2 cupmurmura / puffed rice / churumuri
  2. 2 tbspsev
  3. 1 tsplemon juice
  4. 2 tbspgreen chutney
  5. 1/2 cupcooked bhakharwadi
  6. 3 tbsptamarind chutney
  7. 1/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  10. 2 tbsptomato
  11. 2 tbspfried peanuts
  12. 3 tbspmixture
  13. 3papdi
  14. 1/2potato / aloo (boiled & cubed)
  15. 1/2onion (finely chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 cups murmura. dry roast murmura if they are not crisp.add ½ onion, ½ potato,½cup bhakharwadi,3 crushed papdi, 3 tbsp mixture and 2 tbsp fried peanuts.also add 2 tbsp tomato, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp chilli powder and ¼ tsp salt.

    Mix well making sure the spices are combined well.further add 3 tbsp tamarind chutney, 2 tbsp green chutney and 1 tsp lemon juice.mix well without turning murmura soggy.

    Add 2 tbsp sev and give a mix.finally, enjoy bhakharwadi bhel puri topped with few crushed papdi and garnished with onion, coriander.

    Transfer in to serving bowl,now serve it
