Steps

Parboil the rice wash and drain in a colander.

Grind the tattashe, pepper and onion roughly.

Wash and peel the carrots and dice in cube, dice the green pepper and green beans. Wash with alittle vinegar or salt

Add in the diced veggies and fry alittle more
- 5
Fry the oil with onion and stir fry the grounded pepper, onion and tattashe.

Add the water and allow to boil, add in the rice turn and cover to cook on a medium heat.
