Steps
- 1
Heat up your water and bring it to a boil. Add half pack of spaghetti, pinch of salt (optional) and boil for about 5-7mins, depending on how soft you want your spaghetti.
- 2
When it's done, drain and rinse with cool water to reduce the starch.
- 3
For the stew, blend the peppers, tomatoes, garlic and onion. Heat up oil and add the blended paste to your pan. Fry until the water dries up.
- 4
Add your meat stock, seasoning, salt, thyme and mixed spices and then stir. Allow it to cook on medium heat
- 5
Taste for seasoning and add more salt if needed. Simmer for a few minutes on low heat until the stew thickens a bit.
- 6
When it's done, serve with your boiled spaghetti. Enjoy.
