Haven’t made much in the way of sweets lately. I hafta watch my diet but that doesn’t mean I hafta do without. This reminds me of a danish. It’ll be really good with a cup of coffee.

Haven’t made much in the way of sweets lately. I hafta watch my diet but that doesn’t mean I hafta do without. This reminds me of a danish. It’ll be really good with a cup of coffee.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray springform Pan. Mix all the cake ingredients well with a mixer. Spread in bottom of pan.

In another bowl, mix the filling ingredients, except for the pie filling, and spread over cake batter. Spread cherry pie filling over the filling.

In a third bowl, combine your crumble ingredients with a pastry blender, fork, or your hands, and spread evenly over the cherries. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Allow to cool before removing the ring and cutting. Use a thin blade around the outside of the cake before popping the spring.
