Ingredients

  • 1large round slice of watermelon, chilled (about 2 - 2.5 cm thick)
  • popsicle sticks (craft sticks)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut a large round slice of watermelon about 3/4 to 1 inch (2 - 2.5 cm) thick, then cut it into triangles.

    Score the rind with a knife and insert the popsicle sticks. Serve immediately on a platter with your chilled watermelon popsicles!
