Ingredients

  2. 1ripe tomato
  3. 4 slicesSerrano ham (gran reserva)
  4. Aged cheese
  5. Extra virgin olive oil

    Cut 2 pieces of baguette (any size you like), then slice each in half. Place on the air fryer tray and toast at 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

    While the bread is toasting, grate the tomato.

    Spread the grated tomato on the toasted bread, drizzle with olive oil, and top with the Serrano ham.

    Cut 8 triangles of aged cheese, place them on top of the ham, and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
