  • Onions
  • Bell peppers
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning
  • Oil
  • Garlic and ginger paste
  • Black and white pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice all ingredients and keep aside

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and ginger paste.

  3. 3

    Add all sliced ingredients and fry till translucent. Add in seasoning and spices

  4. 4

    Serve with fried yam or any food of choice
