Chicken Wings in Air Fryer with Special Marinade

When I saw the chicken wings challenge starting, I didn't think twice! We love them at home, and now that I have an air fryer, they turn out super delicious with less fat than traditional frying. This time, I marinated them for about 8 hours, which gave them a wonderful flavor and made them more tender!

This time, I marinated them for about 8 hours, which gave them a wonderful flavor and made them more tender!
Cooking Instructions

Ask the butcher to prepare the wings, cut and without the tip. Put them all in a freezer bag and add the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, lemon, spices, salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.

Mix everything well so the wings are well coated with all the flavors. Close the bag and let them marinate for a few hours; I left them for about 8 hours.

To cook them: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Place the wings on the air fryer tray and brush with the remaining marinade from the bag and barbecue sauce. Close and set for 20 minutes at the same temperature.

After the first 10 minutes, turn the wings over and let them brown for the remaining 10 minutes. Remove and serve! I served them with a homemade yogurt sauce.
