Cooking Instructions

Mix eggs, milk, salt, and sugar together.

Heat pan over low or medium low heat. Grease with small amount of butter or oil.

Dip both sides of the bread for less than 5 seconds at a time. (Trust me on this. If the bread soaks up too much egg, the inside might be undercooked.)

Cook the bread until both sides are slightly golden brown.
- 5
Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, honey, fruit, or whatever you like. (It tastes fine without toppings.)

Enjoy it while it's still warm!
