Ingredients

  1. 1 boxpenne pasta
  2. 1 lbfresh shrimp
  3. 1/2 lbor 1 can crab meat
  4. 1 1/4 cuprose` (I used one called black girl magic)
  5. 1/2 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  6. Pinchsalt & pepper
  7. 1 tspItalian seasoning
  8. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  9. 1 tspfresh parsley
  10. 1/2 cupbaby Bella mushroom
  11. 1 cupheavy cream
  12. 2gloves garlic chopped
  13. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  14. 1 cantomato puree or tomato sauce
  15. 2 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare penne pasta according to the package.

    Pour olive in a large heated pan and then add onion and Sautee until translucent, then add garlic n mushrooms. Add a punch of salt n stir until onion n mushrooms becomes carmelized

    Add shrimp. Let cook for 1min on both sides or until become pink. Then remove the shrimp from the pan n set aside

    Pour in the pan tomato puree, heavy cream, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, rosemary. Stir and lower heat and let simmer for 2mins

    Add the rose then the parmesan cheese and cover and let simmer for another 2mins`

  6. 6

    Drain n rinse pasta, save 1 cup of the liquid from the pasta. Add the pasta to the pan of rose' and stir, then add the cooked shrimp, and crab, then pour the reserved pasta water in and cover and let simmer. Until sauce is thickened or your desired.
