  • as neededWater,
  • 1 tablespoonlard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Broth powder, to taste
  • 1-2eggs
  • Green onions, to taste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry 1-2 high-quality eggs.

    Flip and fry until slightly golden, then add water and bring to a boil. Add lard, salt, and broth powder.

    Add vegetables from your home (I added onions and enoki mushrooms) and cook the noodles for 5 minutes.

    You can also add meat slices and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Once cooked, it's ready to serve!

    I also added chili powder later. It was very fragrant, and I drank all the soup!
