Ingredients

  1. 250 gmMakki flour
  2. 100 gmBathua
  3. 3Boiled Potatoes
  4. 1onion (finely Chopped)
  5. 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  6. few sprigschopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  8. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  9. 1 tspCoriander Powder
  10. 1 tspCumin Seeds/jeera
  11. 1 tspCarom seeds/Ajwain
  12. as requiredSalt to taste
  13. As requiredRefined Oil for Deep Fry

Cooking Instructions

    Boil bathua with 1tsp of salt in a pan

  2. 2

    In a Bowl, Add makki flour, Boiled bathua, Grated Boiled Potatoes, chopped onion, green chilli, Coriander leaves, and all other ingredients.

    Mix it well and Add required water (warm water) to make a dough.

    Keep it aside for 5 mins.
    Simultaneously, Add refined in a kadahi or pan and put it on medium flame.

    Take a small amount of dough and roll a Poori else make it with your Palm.

  6. 6

    Now deep fry it in the kadhayi.
    Take it out and put on a napkin, so that extra oil is consumed.

  7. 7

    Your Makki ki Poori is ready to serve.
    Serve Hot and Crispy with Aloo ki sabji, Curd and salad.
