Ingredients

5 minutes
Makes 2 pounds
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 cupevaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoonsbutter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cuppeanut butter
  • 1 cupminiature marshmallows

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Add sugar,evaporated milk and butter to electric skillet. Stir to dissolve sugar.

  2. 2

    Set electric skillet to 340 degrees Fahrenheit. Bring mixture to a boil while stirring. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly after it comes to a full boil.

    Turn off heat. Stir in vanilla, peanut butter and marshmallows. Mix throughly. Transfer to pan and let cool. Makes 2 pounds.

😊 Thanks for sharing. I'm glad you found the recipe. My recipe was scribbled on a little piece of paper and kept in my recipe box. There are little grease spots on it from repeated use!
