Ingredients

4 hrs
8 servings
  1. 2 lbsboneless lsss skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  2. 1sweet onion
  3. 1 clovegarlic minced
  4. 2 cans (10 ounces)each) cream of chicken
  5. 3 cupschicken broth
  6. 1 tsppoultry seasoning
  7. 1 tspdried parsley
  8. 1 tspcracked black pepper
  9. 1 package8-count refrigerated biscuit dough

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients excepts for the biscuit dough to a slow cooker, stir to combine

  2. 2

    Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours

  3. 3

    When chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred the meat, stir to combine

  4. 4

    Open can of biscuits and press each one flat. Cut biscuits into narrow strips and add to slow cooker. Stir to combine

  5. 5

    Cover and cook on high for 1 hours until biscuits are cooked

  6. 6

    Serve immediately
