Chopped Wash and blanch Spinach for 2-3min.Adding salt 1tsp.Oil and pinch sugar. Transfer in a strainer and pour tap water. Strain it and churn to make a fine puree.

Heat Oi in a cooker Saute ginger chili garlic paste fresh turmeric paste and add pigeon peas. Add salt pinch Soda saute on slow flame and add 1/2Glass water. Mix it and close the lid. Whistle 5-6on medium flame. Turn off the flame and immediately release air. In another pan Saute Spinach puree in 1tsp.oil and add spinach water as needed. and add cooked Pigeon pea cumin coriander powder garam masala and sugar. Cook on a medium-slow flame for 3-4 min. Add salt if needed. Turn off the flame.

Tasty healthy dana palak Curry is ready to Serve with Roti and Salad.
