A quick and easy dish to create, create for lazy cooking days!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the potatoes well with water and skin them.
- 2
Cut the potatoes into little circular slices.
- 3
Sauté the potatoes in olive oil. Cooking them before hand ensures they will not come out raw. Wait until they have a light brown color around their edges.
- 4
Prepare four plates. One for Flour, another for Bread crumbs, the third for Eggs + milk, and the lady for the finished product.
- 5
Mix the eggs well and add a little bit of milk. You can decide how much based on preference.
- 6
Cover the potatoes with flour.
- 7
Then cover them with the egg and milk mixture.
- 8
Finally roll them around in the bread crumbs. Make sure they are covered well.
- 9
Pour Vegetable oil into a pan. (Should be a little below half way filled.)
- 10
Turn on the stove and cover the ground around the stove with newspaper or paper towels. This will prevent Oil from landing on your kitchen floor.
- 11
Test the oil’s heat every so often by sprinkling in some bread crumbs. Wait until the bread crumbs sizzle when dropped in.
- 12
Eye wear. Make sure you have something to protect your eyes from hot oil. Not necessary but recommended.
- 13
Put potatoes in. DO NOT throw them all in at once. Turn them over occasionally until they have a brownish golden texture and are crisp to the touch.
- 14
Place them on a rack with paper towels below it or a plate with paper towels on it.
- 15
Wait for them to cool bit and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. (Ketchup, salsa, ect.)
- 16
Add Salt or seasoning if bland.

Crispy Pan-Fried Potatoes Crispy Pan-Fried Potatoes
I often cook potatoes in the microwave to save time, so I make fried potatoes this way too. It's a bother to take care of the oil after deep frying, so I just panfried the potatoes in olive oil for a crispy finish.Cook the potatoes in the microwave until soft, then cook the surface until crispy in a frying pan.The microwaving time varies depending on your microwave, so please adjust it.Add some salt or herbs to vary the flavor. For an easy-to-make amount (about 2 servings). Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -

Crispy Crunchy Potato Pretzel Sticks Crispy Crunchy Potato Pretzel Sticks
I was at my parents home with my children and we bought salad flavored Glico pretzel chips. I happened to look on the back at the ingredients list and "powdered mashed potatoes" was written.I thought, "Wait, can't I simply make these at home??" So I took the ingredients that I had in my kitchen, and although I wasn't able to produce the exact same pretzel sticks, I was able to make a delicious crispy-crunchy hearty version. As of February 15, 2008 more than have commented on this. Thank you so much! When you mash up the potatoes in step one, and when you mix the ingredients in step two, it will cut back on the dishes you will have to wash if you do it in a plastic bag.Compared with carrot pretzel sticks, you can cut these thinly quite easily and they're easy to make. This is most likely due to the starch in the potatoes. When I made carrot pretzel sticks, I couldn't cut them well!! So for this one, I challenged myself to try cutting them thinly and I think it went well. For an easy to make amount.. Recipe by shokolat cookpad.japan
