Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop liver and soak in milk for 10-15 min. Helps eliminate bitter taste

  2. 2

    Oil & heat pan. Sauté onion and garlic until soft

  3. 3

    Add spices except salt & Royco. toast for 3 min. Drain liver and add to the pan to fry for 10 minutes. Add salt & Royco to the liver while it’s frying

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup water if needed and add peppers. Cover & simmer for 30 min.

  5. 5

    Add cilantro for garnish. Enjoy!

Thank you ,Melissa, that dish looks fabulous, I love beef liver. The Royco beef flavoring you listed has flavor enhancers in it, I am allergic to those. Is there another spice mix you can recommend?
