Ingredients

  1. 1 headcauliflower
  2. 2 Tblcornstarch
  3. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/8 tspblack pepper
  5. 2 Tblolive oil
  6. 3-4 Tblfranks red hot
  7. 2 Tblmelted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.

  4. 4

    In a mixing bowl combine cornstarch, garlic powder and pepper.

  5. 5

    Add the cauliflower to the cornstarch mixture and coat.

    Drizzle olive oil and stir to coat the cauliflower.

  7. 7

    Place coated cauliflower on parchment paper in a single layer.

    Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes on lowest rack.

    Turn cauliflower pieces over and bake additional 10 minutes.

    In the meantime mix red hot and melted butter and set aside.

    Coat the cooked cauliflower with the sauce. Place back on the parchment paper lined tray in a single layer.

    Return to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
