Mash the bananas (ripe ones would be perfect in this recipe) until smooth

Add eggs and oil. Mix them together with bananas

Next step would be to add sugar, salt and vanilla extract(I often substitute vanilla extract with vanilla sugar if there’s no extract on hand), stir everything together

Time to mix in flour. There’s no need to use mixer, getting everything combined will be just enough

Chop chocolate and add it to the mixture

Prepare your loaf pan by spraying it with oil(or rubbing butter on it) and cover with thin layer of flour. This prevents bread from sticking. After your loaf pan is ready pour in the batter and decorate with left banana

Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
