Make dough🍁
Combine maida, salt, oil and add warm water gradually till a dough is formed not very soft and neither hard. Keep covered for 15 mins. After 15 mins again knead the dough and leave it. - 2
Make stuffing 🍁
In a bowl mix qeema with salt soy sauce black pepper crushed, onions, ginger garlic, green onions, flour can add green chillies if you like add little lemon juice or vinegar and mix well. - 3
Roll the dough on a dusted surface, make 2_balls and roll like a roti and cut in small round shape with any glass, lid or cutter. Cut all wrappers.

Fold momos as you like to, I made two types shapes.
Close dumplings and secure edges with little water. Make all momos. - 6
I made with two methods pan fried and steamed.
For pan frying grease a pan with oil and heat, place dumplings on it and when colour starts changing splash a cup of hot water on it and close lid and let it cook on steam on low flame. - 7

For steaming method add enough water in pot and and heat it than grease the strainer. I ddnt have steamer so made myself by placing momos on greased foil, also brush little oil on them Than close lid and keep for nearly 20 mins.
