Cooking Instructions
- 1
To start out, let's make the basic caramelized onions! I sliced the onions, sprinkled with salt and olive oil, covered with plastic wrap and microwaved for 10 minutes. Then stir-fry patiently until it caramelizes!
- 2
It looks like this! If you add soup stock, it will become a very good onion soup!
- 3
I often use two kinds of commercial curry roux mixed together, but the base I like to use is always Java Curry Brand (Medium Hot)!! To season, add Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add grated garlic at the end! And a little bit of soy sauce as a secret flavor!
- 4
Cut the pork belly into big chunks.
- 5
Pan fry until browned on all sides.
- 6
Done!

Simple Dry Curry Simple Dry Curry
I was chopping onions with the intention of making meat sauce, but I suddenly got an urge for dry curry. Before adding the ○ ingredients, make sure to blend the ☆ seasoning ingredients well with the other ingredients. It makes the curry more fragrant. You can use any spice you like. I just added the ones I always use when I make curry. You can use ground beef instead of a beef-pork mix. I think this would be tastier made with fresh garlic, but since I made it for my husband's lunch, I went light on the garlic flavor by using roast garlic powder. Simple Chopped Pork and Onion Curry Flavored Stir-Fry Simple Chopped Pork and Onion Curry Flavored Stir-Fry
I made various types of curry-flavored meat stir-fries from recipe books, but I was rarely able to get it to turn out how I wanted.I figured I would think of a recipe myself, tried several times, and was finally able to come up with a taste that I could approve of~ .This is delicious .This burns easily if you over-sauté, so be careful after adding the flavoring ingredients. You can if course, use meat other than pork offcuts.Season with salt and pepper for the finishing touch while checking the taste. This calls for lots of onions, so reduce the amount if you dislike them . For 2 peoples. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan
