My mother taught me how to make these three milk cake or bizcocho de tres leches. I have done this in many parties and is always a sensation. Hope it will be for you to.

Ingredients

6 to 8 servings
  1. Cake batter
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 5separated eggs
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1 Tablespoonvanilla extract
  6. Three milk mix
  7. 1 canevaporated milk
  8. 1 cancondensed milk
  9. 1 cupwhole milk
  10. 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  11. 3egg yolks

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat the oven to 350°F

    Beat the egg whites until they form peaks like wipped cream.

  3. 3

    Add. The sugar, egg yolks, vanilla. And at the end, the flour little by little.

    Pour in a greased mold for cakes. Put inside the oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from batter.

    For the milk mixture, pour the can of evaporated milk, condensed milk, and wholemilk into blender add, 3egg yolks and and tablespoon of vanilla and mix.

    When cake is done. Poke little to medium holes in cake and pour the milk mixture unto cake. Put it back into the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes

    When all is done, refrigerate overnight and before serving, put some whipped cream on top and decorate with fruit, or use your imagination.
