  1. 200 gramsminced meat (beef, pork or veil)
  2. 1/2Red bell pepper
  3. 1/2Green bell pepper
  4. Garlic
  5. 1lime
  6. Candiced tomatoes/ tomato paste
  7. Chili flakes by taste
  8. 1/2 bunchcilantro
  9. 1/2 bunchparsley
  10. 1/2 cankidney beans
  11. 1/2jalopeño
  12. Topping
  13. Cheese, e.g. cheddar
  14. Cilantro

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the minced meat. Once meat is done, add all other ingredients

    Let all ingredients cook min 30-45 minutes. Add spices.

    Serve with rice. Add cheese / parsley as toppings
