Cooking Instructions

Preheat 375°
Grease 8x8” baking dish with butter - 2
Add 3 cups blueberries, lemon zest, 1/2 cup sugar, & 1 1/2 tsp of cornstarch to a bowl.
Stir and let sit until juices form (about 10 minutes) - 3
In a separate bowl add 1 cup AP flour, remaining 1 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, & 1/2 tsp salt. Add 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until we’ll combined.

Pour batter into the baking dish. Spoon the blueberries on top of the batter.

Bake for 35-45 minutes or until crust is golden

Let cool for 10 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
