Mike's Classic Spicy Italian Subs Mike's Classic Spicy Italian Subs
What a great weekend pool side afternoon lunch! It's only five minutes to freakin' fabulous! Seriously, prepare to be worshiped! This is definitely fresh, chilly, crispy, crunchy, juicy, spicy deliciousness! What a delectably spicy combo for your manly boys! Talk about a tasty, complex, spicy, zesty and tangy culinary sensation in every bite!Great for football games. In fact, take a break and let those big boys build their own samiches! I promise, they won't mind it at all! Just pre-slice all chilled vegetables, meats and cheeses [or have your deli do it for you] and let those boys have at it! Or, as we call it in the South - "Let em' all grab a leg and growl!"Serve them with chilled Greek or Zesty Italian Dressings, ice cold beers and frosty mugs to the side! Just wet down thick mugs and freeze for 15 minutes.Ya, you're gonna be absolutely worshiped! 😆 Sultry summer days don't get much better than this folks! MMOBRIEN -

Mini Muffaletta (sliders) Mini Muffaletta (sliders)
For those who don't know, "...The muffuletta is both a type of round Sicilian sesame bread and a popular sandwich originating among Italian immigrants in New Orleans, Louisiana using the same bread..." - Wikipedia. It generally contains 3 types of Italian sandwich meat (usually salami, mortadella, capicola), 2 types of cheese (mozzarella and provolone), and always has a delicious olive and pickled veggie tapenade adorning the top and bottom.~~~ ~~~ ~~~ ~~~ ~~~ ~~~ ~~~Living near Kansas City, MO we make it a point to visit the River Front Market several times a year to plan a few meals around fresh and unique buys we find there. On our most recent trip I made a point to buy everything I needed for a Muffaletta (except the bread) from the Italian grocer there. Sadly, nowhere around KC have I been able to find a good loaf of Muffaletta bread, and I just don't have the time to make it from scratch... SOOOO I decided to just modify a recipe I found online and make some Muffaletta inspired sliders instead. All the flavor in personal sized bites. StephieCanCook -

Spaghetti sliders Spaghetti sliders
Just something different to do with spaghetti. i’d serve this with a Caesar salad or a side salad . This would be great to use if you had some leftover spaghetti...( this reminds me of taking a piece of bread and butter and putting spaghetti on it and making a roller over sandwich when I was growing up)This is a very easy dinner and takes no time to make on them busy day’s/nights.youtu.be/u0x1NIayLrc 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

Chicken Parmesan Sliders Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Easy way to make awesome sliders.Since we are down to two, i took some larger recipes, and down sized them. Doubling this will make 12. Most everything is "off the shelf", so assembly is the hardest part, and it's easy really. Give these a try. Fo Fa -

One thing I realized about recipes. Never trust what a recipe calls for when it calls for soy sauce. It never fails that recipes ask you to use way too much soy sauce. I recommend using less. Freddycrue
