Ingredients

10 mins (without veggies)
2 servings
  1. 1 tbspSesame oil
  2. 1 packTrader Joe's Beefless Bulgogi
  3. 1 Cuprice cooked and stored voernight in fridge
  4. 1 tspGochujang
  5. 1.5 tbspSoy sauce
  6. 1.5 tbsphoney or maple syrup
  7. Optional: Veggies as per liking (e.g. broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, etc.)

Cooking Instructions

10 mins (without veggies)

    Put frozen beefless bulgogi in air fryer (Follow steps on the box) Or heat the bulgogi in microwave.
    Make sauce of gochujang, soy, and honey.

    In wok take sesame oil, and fry bulgogi for 2-3 mins.

    If using veggies, remove bulgogi and keep it aside. In the same wok, fry veggies as needed. You can also add garlic. in this frying step. Once veggies are fried, add bulgogi back.

    Add day old rice into wok at high temperature and give a quick stir.

  5. 5

    Add sauce. Toss and mix on high heat for 2 minutes. Add more soy sauce if needed.
    Serve.
