Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes. Cook them in a pot of water with a piece of vegetable bouillon cube for about 30 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, wash and cut the vegetables. Slice the onion as well.

Sauté the onions with a little oil or butter over low heat. Add the vegetables and cover. Stir regularly.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Mix well.

When the vegetables and potatoes are cooked, take out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan. Spread the vegetables and potatoes on top.

Pour the egg and cream mixture over the vegetables and bake for 30 minutes.

It's ready! Serve the tart with a green salad.
