Mom's🥇 American Chop Suey By (Jerr)

Jerry Kaye
Jerry Kaye @FamilyFriendsnFood

I grew up on this homemade American chop suey; it is flavorful and good to the taste.
(note)
1 serving is 281 calories without rice added. Add jasmine rice and your calories will rise to 400 calories.
If you eliminate the broth and rice and just use 2 cups of water your calories will be 279 calories only.
this recipe can be eatened as a soup too. Just as good!
