Bread Poha
Steps

Firstly cut the bread slices into small pieces of cubes. Keep aside.

Turn on the flame, heat a kadhai and add oil. Let the oil heat properly. Add peanuts and fry till light brown about 1-2 minutes on medium flame. Transfer it to a plate. Keep aside.

After it add mustard seeds, curry leaves and capsicum. Saute till soft. Then add turmeric powder, green chilli and mashed potatoes and mix well. Add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix it well.

Then add tomatoes. Let them become a bit soft. Mix well and reduce the flame to low. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes. The vegetables are cooked. Now add bread cubes and mix by soft hands. Add lemon juice and mix all these for 2 minutes. At last mix fried peanuts and coriander leaves and mix it again. Turn off the flame.

Bread Poha is ready now. Transfer it to a plate. Serve hot and enjoy...... 😋😋
